Sebuah karya yang sangat menggetarkan jiwa dari seorang biksu Buddha Vietnam. Thich Nhat Hanh. Buku ini merupakan kisah perjalanannya sewaktu mengunjungi India pada tahun 1996. Beliau mengajarkan kepada kita jalan menuju kebebasan,kebahagiaan, dan untuk berada di masa sekarang. 

Buku ini merupakan hadiah dari seorang teman ketika mengunjungi India. Ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris, tetapi begitu mudah dipahami maknanya.

Birth and death are only a threshold

By which I passed by

Birth and death are just a hide and seek game

So laugh at me, smile with me,

Let us say goodbye

You will meet at every walk of life

So laught at me,smile with me

Buku ini merupakan bacaan yang sangat memotivasi dan mencerahkan bagi jiwa yang kelaparan. Untuk lebih memahami makna kehidupan,dan menghargai setiap nafas yang mengalir di dalam diri kita.

"If we practice looking deeply we see that our notion of happiness maybe responsibble for our suffering. That is why the Buddha advises us to look again deeply into the nature of our desires. We suffer just because of them."
